Psychotherapy is open to all, regardless of race, religion or gender.
There is no upper age limit, but unfortunately I cannot see anyone under the age of 18.

I work from a ground floor office close to parking. There is however, no wheelchair access.

What to expect on your first appointment

The first session gives you the opportunity to discuss the issues that you want to talk about. It also provides time to ask any questions that you may have about psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy is not always a long-term commitment, for some people a course of brief therapy is equally valuable.

I have some concessionary places available.

About Me

I have come from a background of teaching, both children and adults. I began my training in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy in 2002 and began my private practice in late 2004.
Like many professionals there are areas of psychotherapy that are of particular interest to me, and these are the areas where I have most experience. Parenting and infertility are subjects that cause enormous anxiety, whether that anxiety is around coming to terms with being a parent or coming to terms with not being a parent.
Life throws many difficulties our way, my real interest is you and the unique way that you meet the challenges in your life.
I offer short and long term psychotherapy

The practice is situated on the border between Gloucestershire and Worcestershire and is within easy reach of Tewkesbury and the M5, Evesham, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Pershore, Winchcombe, Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold.

I am a psychotherapist in advanced training with Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, and I am bound by their code of ethics.
